Terms of Sale

These terms cover anything you buy from the Busy Sloth Co Store. The Store is run by Solve For Why Pte. Ltd., 160 Robinson Road #14-04, Singapore 068914. Plain English, as promised.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Singapore dollars and include everything except delivery, which is shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order. We never see or store your card details.

Your order

Your order is confirmed when payment goes through and we email you a confirmation. If something turns out to be out of stock or priced incorrectly, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery

We deliver within Singapore. Details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Changing your mind

You can cancel for a full refund before we dispatch, by emailing us. Once your order is on its way, sales are final, except for damaged or wrong items, covered in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Using our products

Follow the directions on each product. Bath and shower products are for external use only, however good they smell. Check the ingredients if you have sensitivities, and stop using anything that doesn’t agree with you.

Our responsibility

Nothing here limits your rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act. Beyond those, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
